  • More Playtime 🕒 - Extra games and practices mean more time on the field to grow and shine.
  • Some Travel 🚗 - Experience nearby communities and build team spirit through exciting road games.
  • Higher Skill Development 💪 - Focused coaching and competitive play help athletes sharpen their skills and baseball IQ.
  • Tournament Opportunities 🏆 - Teams may enter local or neighboring community tournaments for even more action and fun.

At SLMBA, we believe that 9U baseball is a critical stepping stone in a young athlete’s development. It’s where players begin to transition from introductory skills to game-ready confidence learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and the fundamentals that set the stage for future success.

For the 2026 season, we’re excited to introduce a 9U Advanced Program for players who are ready for a little more challenge and structure.
This program is designed for athletes who show strong interest, skill, and commitment and want to take their game to the next level.

Our standard 9U programming remains open to all players, ensuring every child has a place to play and grow.
The Advanced Program simply offers an additional pathway for those who are ready to push further.
